What exactly do you do?

We provide 4 services:
Vector Re-Drawing: We re-draw blurry images and give you usable art for many applications such as printing, engraving, and cutting. We can only draw what we can see, and though we can make minor changes to images provided, we don’t design any artwork from scratch.
Embroidery Digitizing: We draw an image you provide for us by hand in our digitizing software, to the specifications you give us. We then sew it out on the material type you requested to ensure the quality is acceptable. We will send the files via email, as well as a hi-res scan of our sew out.

What are your prices?

Vector Prices:
Vector: $4 - $99
dependent on the complexity of the source image provided.

Digitizing Prices
$15 Flat rate (under 5 inches and/or under 10,000 stitches).
After 10,000 stitches $1.49 per thousand stitches
Note: No extra or hidden charges for minor editing & sew out.

In what file formats will my digitized designs be delivered?

CND, CSD, DSB, DST, DSZ, EMB, EMT, EXP, HUS, JEF, KSM, PCD, PCQ, PCS, PEC, PES, SEW,
T01, T03, T04, T05, T09, TAP and XXX.

Unless instructed to do otherwise, we will mail your digitized logos in DST format.

What format of vector file will I receive?

AI, CDR, EPS, PDF, SVG, PLT, JPEG, PNG.

By default, we provide AI, EPS and PDF file formats for customers. At the same time provide you with JPEG file preview. If you need more formats, please let us know in advance.

When will my vector or digitized files be ready?

Under normal circumstances, we will send you the vector files within 24 hours (or less) once your payment is completed, or if more time is needed, we will notify you in advance by email. If you need it fast, we can finish delivering the vector or digitized files within 3 hour with no additional cost.

What if my file cannot be uploaded?

The common reason is that the file is too large. You can convert the file to jpeg and try again. If you are not sure how to send the file to us, please send it to us by email. You can also get a quote

How Long Does It Take To Get A Quote ?

We try our best to give you a price estimate within 1-3 hours of the quote request being received and also if we have the artwork and all pertinent information from your side.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made through PayPal. Simple and fun.

Can the hand drawing be vectorized?

Yes. When we deal with hand-drawn drawings, we will process the drawings more cleanly.

How Can I track the Progress of My Order?

Generally, we will send the vector files via email within 24 hours after receiving payment.
If you haven’t received them after 24 hours, please contact us via email.
Our friendly team of designers will respond to you as soon as possible.

How much do you charge for revision?

For simple revisions, we do not charge anything. However for complex edits (if it is something different from what was originally requested and quoted) we charge a fee dependent on the complexity of the requested change.

Should I e-mail my order?

Yes, you can send us your order via email, and we will respond to you via email.

Can I get an order Rushed?

Yes, orders that need to be completed in less than our standard 24 hours can be placed as RUSH Orders and most can be completed in five (5) hours or less.

A customer can place a RUSH specification, on any job. No additional fees will be charged.
