Q. What is a vector image?

Q. Where can I use vector images?

Q. When can my vector file be completed?
Under normal circumstances, we will send you the vector files within 24 hours (or less) once your payment is completed, or if more time is needed, we will notify you in advance by email. If you need it fast, we can finish delivering the vector files within 1 hour with no additional cost.
Q. Can I process photos?
When we process photos, they are distorted. They look more like line art or cartoon drawings. If this is the look you want, then you can. We can process photos. However, if you happen to need the original photographic image, we will not be able to complete it.
Q. What format of vector file will I receive?
By default, we provide AI, EPS and PDF file formats for customers. At the same time provide you with JPEG file preview. If you need more formats, please let us know in advance.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
Yes,you can. If you are not satisfied with our service, and we cannot modify it to make it correct. Please inform us within 7 days, we will arrange a refund service for you, cooperation with us is risk-free.
Q. About modification?
Optimized on the basis of the original picture, the modification will not incur other costs. If you need to add new content, you need to re-quote.
Q. How do I pay?
Payment can be made through PayPal. Simple and fun.
Q. What if my file cannot be uploaded?
The common reason is that the file is too large. You can convert the file to jpeg and try again. If you are not sure how to send the file to us, please send it to us by email. You can also get a quote.
Q. How to open the file?
Vector files can be opened in vector-specific programs such as Illustrator or CorelDraw, otherwise you may not be able to edit thefiles correctly. We will provide jpeg proof for each order to accurately display the appearance of the document. If you are using a vector program but cannot open the file, please send us an email with your order number and the program and version you are using, and we will resend it to you in a way that suits you.
Q. Can I design a logo?
Sorry, we don't provide logo design service for the time being, but if you already have a logo and need to modify it, you can let us know and we can modify it.
Q. Can the hand drawing be vectorized?
Yes. When we deal with hand-drawn drawings, we will process the drawings more cleanly.
